What kind of bender would you be?

If you lived in the world of Avatar: The Last Airbender, what kind of bender would you be? Earth, Fire, Air or Water?
As you can see above, I’d love to be a firebender. To be able to create fire out of thin air would be pretty much the best thing anyone could ask for. On the other hand, I don’t think I’d actually be a firebender. I don’t really have a strong will (much less good breath control). At the same time, I don’t have the calm or freedom for an airbender. Or the grace of a waterbender. Or the endurance of an earthbender.
To be honest, I don’t think I’d be a bender at all if I were a character in the world of Avatar.
What do you think? What kind of bender would you want to be? Or what kind of bender do you think you would be?

How do artists tend to get out of ruts? Where nothing that you do seems to come out right, and that spark is missing. I have no idea. I’ve usually just waited it out.
I’m stuck in one right now, where my lineart in specific just feels drab. So I tried to work it out, by just doing a piece where I didn’t worry about what the (initial) lineart looked like. Turned out very loose and flowy.
Of course, then I had to muck it up by trying to make the lineart pretty.
Like it says over on devart, I wanted to do the lips/mouth in the lighter style, too, but it just wasn’t looking right. I still have a full-black lineart version, though. I might change it over to that one, because this one just… bothers me.
Yep. It bothered me too much. Back to stark black lines. You can really see that I didn’t do much of anything at all to them, I just… doodled. Woot.
